-All items are shipped through U.S POSTAL SERVICE.
-Approximately takes 3-5 business days.
-Once items are shipped tracking numbers will be sent to the email address that was provided with purchase.
-All orders are processed 2-3 days before shipping.
-If your order is placed on a National Holiday or after 3 pm .est. On Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be Shipped on the next following Business Day.

-If your tracking number says delivered but you haven't received your package. You must check with your local postal office.
-(TOBB) is not responsible for any packages that have stated that have been delivered but were not.

-If in case there is a problem with your order please contact customer service ASAP. Our customer service team MUST be Contacted within 3 days from the time you received your package.
-When sending orders back items MUST be unworn and unwashed in the bundle with tags attached. If items are returned NOT in the same condition or items will be denied.(AND RETURNED)
